While Being Lonely, Pray Solemnly Lonely whenever I feel Before God I will kneel Surely He will heal And for me He will deal Being lonely is lovely Thoughts make it lively Feeling lonely is silly As God is ever friendly In case one feels gloomily lonely One must analyze mind mainly Life can be changed really finely As optimism is absolutely Divinely One is surely lonely in the grave One believes that God will save This attitude makes one brave Then very boldly one can behave God is our trustworthy partner His promises, He will honor For us bliss He will garner He will make us glory’s owner. The Walk of Life As I was walking, Down the road of life; I was met by frustration- Sorrow and strife. I ran into loneliness, And saw it’s need; To be loved and wanted, Such a sad plead. I talked with heartache, About love gone bad; To see it’s pain, Left me sad. And there was evil, So cold and mean; It’s violent intent, Was clear to be seen. But finally came kindness, So warm and dear; Never asking for anything, Unconditionally clear. And last there was love, So warm and true; A gift from God- To me and you!
